    good for odor elimination

    I've used this product for a while now. While it seems to remove the smell of cat urine, it doesn't prevent the cats from urinating in the same spot everyday. I have tried everything. It seems to be a bit better than other products.

    cut the smell to a good point

    This product worked to a good extent but didn't totally eliminate the smell. I ended up sanding and refinishing the wood floors due to the amount of feces and urine. A tenant left his two dogs in the apartment for several weeks without letting them out or cleaning up their messes.

    PRODUCT DIDN'T WORK AS EXPECTED

    This product did not eliminate odors in 1 application. the smell disappears for maybe 3 days with repeat use. i followed directions completely. i only have 1 dog and i thought this would work better. Customer service said the odor might be under the carpet pad. They were nice and answered the phone.

    I have found your product effective in removing cat urine orders from the carpet...both fresh and old.
    I had a 21 year old cat (since deceased). She marked everywhere. When she was alive I could barely keep up...now that she is gone I am finding and successfully removing reminders. Your system works

    I purchased this product several years ago and was a skeptic to say the least. After using it, with 3 puppies in the house, I discovered it really worked! Several years have passed and my senior pets are now in need of the product. So happy to have rediscovered it!

    I injected in carpet through out area in am by pm smell in most area was gone. the area that still had smell I sprayed an extra coating on top of carpet and the smell was gone. Works better than I had expected. This product saved me from tearing up and replacing carpet. Ive used other products that just seem to mask the smell.
