SHIPPING POLICY FOR 2016

Domestic Shipping

All orders recevied by 9:00 AM PST (Noon EST) are shipped that day.  Order received after 9:00 AM PST are shipped no later than the next day. If you need an item shipped the same day which we receive after 9:00 AM, we will expedite it for a $10 donation to Autism charities.   

For the 48 contiguous states, standard ground shipping is offered free with all orders. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are charged a premium of $0.50 per pound.   If you absolutely need it sooner, Fedex Standard Overnight, Fedex 2 Day and Fedex Express Saver are also available for additional costs determined by Fedex.  If you pay for one of these premium services and your package is delivered late due to a carrier error, we will refund your premium shipping charges.  

In 2016, Wholesale orders of cases will be shipped via Fedex ground at fixed rates and are expected to be delivered iwithin 3 days of ordering.  Fixed rates are $20.00 for cases of gallons and $14.00 for cases of quarts.  Non-Case quantities will be shipped at market rates per demensional weight. 

 

Canada

We are resuming service to Canada in 2016.

NOTE: THIS GUARANTEE POLICY PERTAINS TO ANY PRODUCTS SOLD BY ANT-ICKY-POO.COM. CERTAIN PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT AMAZON, EBAY OR ANY OTHER ONLINE SITES ARE GOVERNED BY THE RULES OF THE OTHER SITE.

ANTI-ICKY-POO SATISFACTION AND PEFORMANCE GUARANTEE

Anti-Icky-Poo simply works way better than any other product of its kind. We back up this claim with a money back guarantee of all Anti-Icky Poo odor removal products. If you feel that the Anti-Icky-Poo products did not totally eliminate your pet odor problem, contact customer service and we will immediately issue a credit of your products cost. We cannot and will not reimburse the cost of shipping and handling your order, even if you received "free shipping." 


PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING 

The carrier normally detects any products damaged during shipping, but if you receive a damaged item, notify customer service and the damaged item will be replaced immediately. Reports of damage items should be made within 72 hours of delivery and a photo of the damaged item would help our warehouse learn how to avoid packaging errors in the future. 

INCORRECT ORDERS 

If we ship you the wrong item(s) please notify customer service immediately and the correct items will be shipped. You can also request a refund/prorated refund of the purchase costs and shipping. Reports of wrong items should be made within 72 hours of delivery and include a photo of the wrong item and the packing slip.Customer service may request that you repackage the wrong items and make the wrong items available for return shipment at our expense. Alternatively, customer service may locate and suggest a non-profit dog or cat shelter near you where the items can be donated in both our names. 

UNOPENED ITEMS

Customer service may accept returns of unopened items in certain cases. You must request an RMA number and a return shipping address. You would be required to incur the cost of all return shipping costs. Returned items must be received in resalable condition before refunds would be processed. Refunds would only be made for product costs. We will not refund our initial shipping and handling costs, even if we provided "Free Shipping." Customer service will provide the address for ship your returned items. Customers will be required to incur the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the unopened and undamaged products in the original containers, you will receive a full credit of your product cost and any sales tax. 

FREEZING

Anti-Icky-Poo works best in warmer temperatures. In the late fall and winter, we place "Do Not Freeze" on our shipping packages. Freezing will not damage Anti-Icky-Poo or reduce its effectiveness after it thaws. A frozen Anti-Icky-Poo container may crack and leak. In the rare instance where your bottle freezes and cracks, you can transfer the Anti-Icky-Poo into a clean bottle, bucket or bowl temporarily until we replace the damaged container. Worst case scenario, you get your money back! 

MISTERMAX PRODUCTS

MisterMax P-Bath Urine Pre-Treatment will negate the chemical effects of other cleaners and detergents that were previously used in the contaminated area. MisterMax stain remover will  remove pet stains that are less than 6 months old. The stain remover will work great on blood and most food stains and all other stains from decaying organic material.  We do not make any express guarantees regarding MisterMax products.  


ALMOST INVISIBLE CAT LITTER

Almost Invisible Cat Litter is the finest cat litter manufactured today and this claim is reflected in our guarantee. Overall humidity does affect the performance of Almost Invisible Cat Litter. We guarantee that if you scoop the solids and stir the litter pan each day, you will smell nothing from your litter tray for the number of days listed below:

Our certified Organic Pet and Dog Shampoos and gentle on pet and human skin, but very rough on the toughest odros.  We guarantee that we will remove Skunk and al of the other bad organic odors (cow pies, incontinent urine smells, etc.)  


DURASCOOPS

We believe that our Durascoop Premium Litterbox tools will last several lifetimes, However, we offer a 5 year guarantee that nothing will damage your damage your Durascoop for 5 years. Send us a picture of the damaged item. We have never seen one.

Black lights

New Blacklights are guaranteed to arrive in working condition and operate as advertised for a minimum of 30 days. If a blacklight does not operate properly upon arrival or fails to operate properly within 30 days of receipt, email us at Info@GAwesomeBrands.com or call customer service at (866) 247-5221. We will require that you obtain a RMA number and a tracker number for the return shipment. Upon confirmation of the UPS return shipment, we will ship you another black light at our cost. If the black light turns out to be in deed defective, we will credit back your return shipping cost.
 
We occasionally sell "B stock," refurbished and used black lights. We will specify the guarantee and retun policies for each of these items prior to the sale.
